How we set our pricing

Organising information, communicating, and delivering accurate metrics is key to running a buying group that delivers value to its members, partners and shareholders.

Up until now, the only way to manage this unique range of information, agreements, promotions, rebates and rebate earnings has either been with a cheap and clunky combination of mail-merging in Office and difficult to manage spreadsheets, or it’s been a hideously expensive proprietary system.

eBiz, we believe, is an investment in your buying group and it’s future. Because of this, we set our prices at a level that allows us to continually invest in building and improving a solid and reliable product that will continue to grow with your group.

But perhaps more importantly, we set our prices at a level that enable us to deliver a great experience for you as our customer.

Our billing policy

Most enterprise software pricing is designed to charge you per user or per company, regardless of how many people active users or companies you have

At eBiz, you only get billed for what you use, down to the minimum number of companies for your plan. So you don’t pay for the companies that aren’t using eBiz. And if someone you’ve already paid for becomes inactive, we’ll even add a pro-rated credit to your account for the unused time. Fair’s fair.
